It’s Spring and time to get out riding if you put the bike away for the winter. This ride will combine a great ride with a great tradition that Spring is finally here…the Tulip Festival at the Wooden Shoe Tulip farm in Woodburn, Oregon. With acres of Tulips to explore, this annual explosion of color will motivate you to put winter in the rearview and start riding again. We will start our ride at Historical Champoeg State Park (near Wilsonville) and explore country roads on our way to The Wooden Shoe. This ride is 30 miles round trip and pace will be set by the group. We will have driver support if you get tired or want to purchase Tulips to take home.
This tour has van support and your guides will pull a B.O.B. trailer to ensure your camera and a change of shoes is close at hand. The pace will be moderate and allow for plenty of stops, photo opts and getting to share stories with your fellow cyclists and guides. Good communication between guests and guides will ensure a fun and safe afternoon in the saddle for all participants.
